JST Solutions LLC is an affordable housing specialist that provides creative solutions to everyday real estate situations. We understand that difficulties can occur in anyone’s life and that’s why we’re here to help out. We take properties that we bought from sellers who had challenges selling them and in turn work with buyers and or renters who have challenges qualifying for traditional financing or finding affordable housing.

Having a wealth of experience and background in Real Estate and Construction, we can tackle small residential home repairs to commercial construction management, general construction and building envelope services such as: commercial roofing and waterproofing.
